Tough!
I like different things about different skaters. I'd have to put down a few and say why I like them:
Male: I love Alexei Yagudin and Evgenly Plushenko's athleticism, it is so awesome, but I have to say I like Evan Lysacek better in the other things.
Female: I love the way Michelle Kwan feels the music and just SKATES! It almost seems as if she doesn't care who's watching, what they think, she just wants to skate, and that is so admirable in anything. I love Sasha Cohen's artistry and flexibility, it just doesn't get any better! But I also love Alissa Czisney, she's wondeful, although she could get a lot better in her jumps.

Female- Tara Lipinski I guess, but it's kind of hard to pick a favorite I also like Sasha Cohen, Kimmie Meissner, Yu-Na Kim, Irina Slutskaya, Michelle Kwan for ladie and Evan Lysacek for mens

Male? Probably Kurt Browning. Not for what he did as an amateur, but for what he's done since he became a pro. He's one of the most creative skaters out there, and I love his footwork and musicality.
If I can include ice dancers, though, I'd pick Christopher Dean. He did choreography that was truly original, and he and his parter changed the sport forever. His style was divine as well!
Female? Hmm... Maybe Stephanie Rosenthal. She was never a top ten type of skater, but she had a lot of personality. She was one of the few ladies' who didn't skate the usual "beautiful, delicate, graceful" program at last year's US Nationals. It was refreshing.
