Evolution has more holes than Swiss cheese. If you want to talk about science and ODDS. The chance that a GOD made the world has better ODDS or a Better CHANCE then the Theory of Evolution. I think you learned people would want to go with a theroy that could hold water? These are the odds for just ONE biological function to be brought about by Evolution not all the millions we and all living things have.

Odds calculated using probability theory associated with the evolution of the gene that encodes:

• The lens in the vertebrate eye = 1 chance in 2 x 1086
• One of the many proteins required to convert food to energy = 1 chance in 1.7 x 1048
• A protein required for cell locomotion = 1 chance in 1x10177

Remeber to become what we are ALL these things must come about AT THE SAME TIME ....LOL Good luck with that

Evolution only makes sense when it was taught by someone who knows what they are talking about. It is usually not explained properly, and thus... people think it doesn't make sense. Less intelligent people could easily understand it, if it was taught to them the right way. Its actually a fairly simple concept.

No. It is a religion, based on faith, not fact. There are some tenets of evolution that are rather persuasive, but the entire fabric strains credulity. Evolution is an interpretation of phenomena, and it is basically untestable. There are many very persuasive lines of evidence which demonstrate that the basic points of macro-evolution could not possibly be true. But hey, who is willing to give up his religion because of a few inconvenient facts? Only a very few people are willing to follow where Truth leads. I do feel sorry for the rest of you/

Evolution and a believe in God are not incompatible. I believe that one day science and religion will find that they are one and the same thing. God is so much more than our puny human minds can contemplate - Evolution is something our little brains can get hold of - but don't you think that the whole process of life and evolution is so wonderful it just has to have a divine source?

Yes, but most people have sufficient intelligence. It requires study and thought. It is not particularly inaccessible, but you have to look beneath the surface of the varied forms of life on Earth.

It only makes sense to anyone who will objectively listen for 5 minutes.

That leaves out most believers

No it should be obvious even to those with no scientific knowledge that 99% of professional biologists wouldn't accept it as fact if it didn't make sense. The problem is creationists are pro-actively promoting misinformation to create confusion and doubt in people's minds.

Evolution makes sense to those who love being cheated and are in the world of illusion. Evolution is a theory. Theory is an unproven made up story. How can someone be intelligent if he believes in such fantasy?

Surely you dont really believe that.... I believe that God created the universe and everything within it. From there, everything has definitely evloved. You can see evolution around you daily.

Every living thing must evolve in order to survive the changes in the atmosphere/universe. What ever does not evolve ceases to exist. Do I think man evolved from an ape? Certainly not!
