I was watching you in the news the other day and it was reported that you suffer from someu known cronic pain. Can you please tell me what it is and how you cope.I have a crippling nerve diorder and I live in cronic pain. With no relife. My life revolves around my pain. How do you do it and what medician do you take to help. Thanks mimiiof 3

I have chronic pain too because of neck injury. You should seek assistance from a pain management doctor if you have not already. Also you may want to consider therapy. Long lasting pain can be devastating on a person's mental attitude and therapy might help. Plus antidepressants have been shown to give pain sufferers some relief from their symptoms.

My mother also has chronic pain. She has been on so many pain meds for so many years that it has actually changed her personality. She is depressed, hardly ever gets out of bed, and is angry all the time. She used to be overweight, and just recently lost A LOT of weight and is too skinny and she just looks sick. If I could help her get off the meds, I think it may help her. I do understand that chronic pain is difficult to deal with, and getting off of meds is probably not an option for her. I would see if there was a therapist that specializes in chronic pain in your area, or if there is a group that meets that you could join. Also, check the internet for support groups. I hope you do not become addicted and dependant on your narcotic pain relief b/c this hurts everyone around you.
