You need the full Adobe Acrobat proram.
The Adobe Reader is free, but only lets you view pdf files, not edit them.

u read the pdf file with Acrobat Reader, u need Adobe Acrobat to edit a pdf file. Nevertheless there are other free pdf creators and or converters for free that can do that what u need for free. Be sure that the file that u wan 2 edit is not password protected.

there is the PDF creator.

Normally we are using Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the PDF files. But you will need Adobe Acrobat to edit them. By the way, some PDF files are password - locked for security. And if u do get the Adobe Acrobat, double click on the text part you would like to edit. that will give you some help, i guess
