I don't think so.
It might, maybe after the first service pack, become more widely accepted, but it's missing too many features that were originally promised in the original longhorn versions. Many of those have been dropped (winfs being most talked about, though it might be included in a future service pack, although not in it's original form.)

However, it's still a stable operating system and is in many cases, better than XP.

In general, Microsoft claims that over there are over a hundred plus new features in Vista. However, they are all in the background and the average user won't even be aware of them.

Realistically, i think that Microsoft has learned it lesson and whatever comes after Vista will be stronger and better. At least i hope so.

I easily have Vista, i individually appreciate it so a techniques. It does have slightly time to "relearn" the places of issues yet if you navigate around some circumstances, it form of feels great! it is been magnificent for me, the two utility and hardware have become further and extra supported. wish this allows.

Not according to PC magazine. Just another piece of substandard crap full of security holes, slow as xp, and only released to suck more money from the public.

Think about it: is there anything in it that you'd like so much that you'd buy new, expensive hardware for it? Most people'll probably say no.
