I rescued an old Tevion MD41666 universal remote control from my parents rubish bin earlier today and apparently they do not have the instructioin manual anymore because they could not make it work.
I have an Alba TV and no remote, i can get the remote to turn my tv on to standbye by pressing All Off, i take it this means it is atleast partl compatible. The problem is i have no way to find out what the codes are that are required to make the remote work correctly, any help will be greatly appreciated, i did see a question concerning this here earlier but the responses did not help and the question was locked.

The only manuals for this controller appear to be in German. You can find one at https://www.medionservice.de/mcssPortal/downloadBDA.do
then type in 41666 in the box then hit enter and it will download in PDF form.

the first link is the user codes, tv,vcr,sat,cd,etc and the second is the user manual both of which are in ENGLISH.
