no. you just have to eat the right meat.
you can eat boneless skinless chicken, skinless ground turkey and chicken, lean pork and ground sirloin.
the biggest problem with meat is portions. the correct portion for meat is the size of a deck of cards.

Meat is like anything else, if you eat a lot of it, you will tend to gain weight, if you eat a moderate amount, then not so much. Meat can tend to be fatty, which can make it high in calories compared to vegetables, but it's not the case that eating it automatically means that you will get fat.

Actually acording to the type of meat, Fats are responsible for fatiness, There is a weight loss regimen called "Meat regimen" that says that eating red meat (without fat) leads to weight loss>

It can if you can not digest meat properly (which noone really can since humans are not designed to digest cooked meat). Raw meat is easier to digest. Meat results in more acidity in the body and acidity can cause one to gain weight. Getting more alkaline will result in weight loss.
