I have an Irish Wolfhound named Darcy. Yes, he is big--weighs 130 lbs and is just 1 year old. He will get bigger. But he never barks, has a really sweet personality, is extremely coordinated (never knocks anything over), and loves to run with me. However, he does like to chew the furniture if he is bored and he definitely have a mind of his own. Is not a big eater--eats less than a Lab or Golden and will not eat if he is not hungry--not even a dog treat! Also I feel very safe with him wherever I go.

I have a 5 1/2 month old Bichonpoo, named Esperanza. She is so mellow and loves everyone. She is a sweetheart. Esperanza is also the cutest dog in the world. I would recommend this mix to anyone looking for a small dog, she will only be about 10 pounds full grown.

All time favorite is a BOXER, and we recently got a pug and a chihuahua and i love them all equally! These 3 breeds are the best!

My Boxers names are:

My Chihuahuas name is:

*still having a hard time trying to decide on this one*

TAMALE...her registered name is She's a Hot Tamale

But i am still thinking i should change her call name to "Yahtzee"
(she is still just a new baby so its still ok to change the name)

I just got a shiba inu puppy named Tobeihiko, but I call him Toby cause it's easier to pronounce. Shiba's are originally from Japan so thats why Toby has a strange name to begin with. Shiba's, and shikoku's are my favorite kinds of Japanese dogs, but they're about the only dogs which I know from where they originate. Otherwise my favorite kinds of dogs are dachschunds (sp?), my favorite small non-japanese dog, Husky, my favorite large non japanese dog, and australian sheperd's, my favorite averaged sized non-japanese dog.

I had a Jack Russell/Border terrier cross when I was growing up and she was called Peggy. She was my best friend and the most good natured dog ever. She used to let me dress her up and stuff.

I have a choc labrador now, named Minty, KC registered etc etc and he is just as goofy. He is extremely protective of me which is good as my fiancé works night. He only barks at the door when my partner is out. He is trained to sit, stay etc etc but only does it when he feels like it.

We had him to puppy classes and the teacher there said Choc Labs are the Blondes of the dog world to which I replied what about gun training as they are supposed to be bred to be gun dogs. Her reply was, you never see a choc gun dog.

Eternal puppy and I love him to pieces.

I have a mixed-breed Labrador and Chesapeake Bay retriever. She was abandoned, pregnant, on a busy highway. She is absolutely beautiful and smart and protective and just a joy to come home to every day! Her name is Angie.

my favorite type of dog is a husky. they are really beautiful. but i have a black pitbull/chow mix named Kelso. hes 1yr and 8 months. i had a 9 year old boxer/rodisian ridgeback (sp?) mix named Jake but i had to give him away.
