I'm no doctor, but i get stomach pains every now and again that I worry about. you say its only very painful when you press really hard, so first suggestion is to stop putting pressure on it. Secondly, dont worry and dont work yourself up, grab a hot water bottle and take a paracetamol. If you still have the pain tomorrow and are concerned, then I think you should call a doctor to put your mind at ease. Until then, everyone gets little things that worry them from time to time and they're usually nothing to worry about at all! So give it time, and give yourself some rest, and only then when you've done all that and its still not gone, then go and see the docs!
Good luck hun xx

The problem is that what might be a solution for one problem could make another one worse. If it really is trapped air, then drinking an alka seltzer or a taking a laxative could help. On the other hand, if you have other kinds of stomach or intestinal problems, that could make it worse.
Best answer? Go to a doctor and let an expert evaluate your situation. If it turns out to be minor, you haven't lost anything. If it is serious - an appendix problem, for instance - going to the doctor could save your life.

Try taking a couple of Gaviscon & burping a bit. If it feels slightly better then it's wind. If not - I'd go to the doc.

to help relieve trapped wind, lie on your back and put the soles pf your feet on the floor and open your legs, lie like that for about 10 mins and you should be ok.
