Try taking Vitamin B complex, B 12 (sublingial) and folic acid in the morning.
Iron if you are anemic.
At bedtime take 800 mg calcium, 400 mg magnesium, 99 mg potassium and vitamin D.
Q 10 and vitamin E and C might also be helpful

I think I could get rich if I could find a way to bottle the energy kids have. Why is it we have so much energy as kids; then when we are grown and need it we lack it?

are you sleeping more than 7 to 8 hours a day? The more you sleep the more tired you become. Depression will do the same thing.
