I am swigging a small bottle of Maalox but it comes back every 5 or 10 minutes. I drank some orange juice this morning and that upset it. It happened over a month ago for the first time after I ate 2 oranges.
I am about to turn 30 so this is a new experience for me.

where is the pain? If it seems to be at the top of your stomach, just below your ribcage, it could be esophageal reflux disease, so yes - prilosec OTC would help.

But, you probably need a diagnosis to make sure it's not something else, like an ulcer.

Prilosec is good, but it is something that has to be taken everyday for awhile to be effective. Not something you take when you already get heartburn. And yes, OJ is a big heartburn cause. I love it too and have to watch how much I drink, if any. I just take little sips of milk to cut down on my heatburn. Instead of all the medication like you are taking. And yes, as you get older, things will effect you more than when you were younger. Just a fact of life.

Boil 1/2 cup long grain rice in 1 cup water for 10 minutes. Strain off the water and drink it to stop nausea. This is supposed to help stop diarrhea as well.

Nausea, diarrhea, upset stomach, or just feeling queasy, drink the sweetened heavy fruit syrup from a can of peaches or drink a glass of flat soft drink

Prilosec is not intended for immediate relief. You take it for 14 days and it helps to "cure" you in the long run. If you are having acid reflux problems, try to reduce your citris fruit intake. Also, take coral calcium supplements. They are a natural way to help balance your body's ph because it contains nearly 70 different vitamins and minerals in a natural ratio unlike synthetic supplements.

Prilosec is primarily for acid reflux. I have been taking it for years. I am not sure if it would work for an upset stomach. If you have acid reflux (oranges are the worst thing you can eat in my opinion) then it is an awesome med.

Sounds like you have a citric acid problem - eliminate all citric acid products and foods.
Acid reflux can be helped by prescription medications and/or OTC products like Prilosec, but women have to worry about calium depletion.
