well, if you smoke, stop. i found smoking was a major cause of my anxiety. Too much caffeine, especially later in the day and into evening can cause this too.
you just need to take a time out for yourself. sit down and take some you time. sort things out and let them fall into place.
i'd stop short of suggesting alprazolam, because your symptoms aren't that uncommon or that extreme. a lot of young adults experience this and it will lessen with time.
i know when it happened to me it seems likle your really loosing your mind, but in time you learn to get through it.
the thing is, even though you may not believe it now, you have the power to control your mind, and everything that happens "in your mind" is afterall, all in your mind.

I take part in group scientific care. the two issues that help me maximum are my prescribed drugs and group scientific care. I understand that interior the united kingdom you have socialized drugs so as that value should not be a project. group scientific care is the place i chanced on i replace into not on my own. there have been different human beings available that had comparable issues to mine. I had continuously concept that i replace into the only one. What I did learn replace into even on my worst days there replace into somebody in group who nonetheless had it worse then I did. Get some help. those experts do not choose you, they assist you to. My wish for you is an analogous that i wish for the different people who responded you and for me, which you would be waiting to function in immediately's society (no count number how tangled up that's).

I'm sure you are very frustrated. It is hard to have a productive life with that much racing through your head all the time. I really think based on your description you should talk to your doctor. You exhibit symptoms of ADHD and should talk to your doctor about it. Your symptoms could also indicate an anxiety disorder or bipolar disorder. All of these things can be handled very well with medication and you will feel much better. Please call your doctor and make an appointment. You'll feel much better knowing you are doing something about your problems. Good luck.

I would recommend checking out the work of Dr. Wayne Dyer, a very good self-help person with a background in psychology and counseling.

He has a website called http://www.drwaynedyer.com/ with some free podcasts.

He gives some very good practical advice about how to change your life by changing your thoughts.

Good luck
