Depends on your build. Certainly you are at the very bottom of the acceptable weight for your height. If you are very lean and petite, that is perhaps ok. If your bone structure is broader then that is probably a little light.
Have you gone to a good gym and had a body mass evaluation? Weight is not the only criteria - how much of that weight is fat and how much is bone and muscle?
Go and see someone who can make an EXPERT evaluation while dealing with YOUR body.

She could probably add ten pounds and be healthier - a woman needs a slight reserve of fat for good health. If you're describing a guy, he's about fifteen pounds underweight.
