In addition to a headache, other common symptoms include "pressure in the eyes, nose, cheek area, or on one side of the head; cough, a fever, bad breath, and nasal congestion with thick nasal secretions."
I've had many sinus infections in my life and have also experienced dizziness, nausea and sore throat from the post-nasal drip and felt tired, depending on the severity of the infection. Over-the-counter medications such as Sudafed or other nasal decongestant can help to relieve the pressure and congestion (use caution in taking decongestants if you have hypertension or other problems listed on the bottle/box). If a true infection, you may need to see a doctor for antibiotics. For more info visit www.emedicinehealth.com/sinus_infection/article_em.htm

Congestion in nasals, eyes watering or swollen, head coming off.
Sometimes runny nose, throat sore, breathing is hard, can't close your mouth cause you can't breath through your nose.
Sinus infections are very serious and should be taken cared off, when I get one I end up using my inhalers in which to breath, which open my sinus' so I can breath again
I am not going to tell you to see a doctor that is your problem. Heat on the forehead will help take the pressure off the sinus' and loosen the nasal passage so you can breath again...
Good luck..
