I have this new coworker for few months, I LIKE her lot, but she seem not interested, i asked once two month ago and now recently. she refusssed.
how i can be be just friend with her/ and how i let her know that now i want freindship nothing more.... instead giving her the felling that i am still following her,,

Stop follow her and just ignore her for a while, so she can get the idea that you leave her alone. THEN talk to her normal way, like friends would do, dont flirt her! Try your best to have her get know you more then who knows she will get interested in you.

You need to make less converstaion and let her have to come to you. Try not to make eye contact and just ignore her as much as possible by pretending to be ignorant about her being near. Just don't be rude about it b/c for all you know, she could just be playing a cat and mouse game and this will help you find out! Good luck!!!
