Big Beautiful Woman (she's very overweight). It's the dating/personals way of saying fat and making it look better. I've been obese myself, and I don't think calling myself a "BBW" made me any better looking or more appealing...but that's what it stands for.

My friend and I fight over this all the time. It means Big Beautful women (big women)....If you go to google and type in "BBW" and hit images, you wil see a whole bunch of overweight women with size DD ****...lol
