A quick easy Quesadilla!

I use whole wheat tortillas with low fat pre-shredded mozzarella cheese. Lightly oil the outsides of the tortillas and stick it in under the broiler for a couple of minutes, (I use my toaster oven). It's basically a grilled cheese, but then I added some left over chicken the other day, or you can start experimenting with sliced ham, turkey or a veggie like spinach, broccoli or mushrooms. If they like the idea of eating a quesadilla then you can start adding those other things to keep them trying new foods. My kids don't like salsa so I give them a little spot of ketchup to dip it into.

Good Luck!

I am a big fan of the Chef Boyardee's single serving pasta's. It takes 45 seconds in the microwave and 15 seconds to cool down and BINGO! Lunch is served. Lunch on the go? Apple slices, or mandarin oranges with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Anything that can be tossed into ziplock baggies are a good idea too - goldfish crackers, cereal bars, fruit snacks,,, if I really don't have to pack anything it's a Lunchable .... bon appetite!

my 4 year old nephew loves to make pizza's....fasy and easy..
Flour tortilla...
*add what you want....we do a lil sauce, cheese, pepperione...fold in half this reduces the mess and nuke for 30 sec or longer and your good to go.
He also loves pancakes for lunch, save some for the breakfast before or even the day before and that is good for the 5 year or and the 1 year old depending on maturaity
We have lots of leftovers....he doesnt care if they are a day old and half the time he loves it cause he remembers how yummy it was the night before...make a little extra every dinner meal and you have lunch for the next day..this saves a lttle money too!
Anything with a dip...chicken nuggets..frozen (microwave or stick in the oven),fish sticks, fries, fruit, veggies....
A fast snack a graham cracker and frosting..it is really good and fast! Good luck

For the five year old you could take a piece of ham and cut it into pieces that covers a cracker. I would also take a piece of cheese and cut into quarters. Place a piece of it on the cracker as well.

For the one year old, there are many microwaveable Mac n' cheese meals. You can have one made in less than five minutes.

Fruit is also good to serve with any meal. Not to mention it is quick.

Carrot sticks with ranch dressing are my daughters favorite.

Chicken noodle soup (you can serve this to both of them, make sure the noodles are cut up very small)

Mac and cheese (both of them again make sure noodles are cut)

bananas, crackers and cheese

This may seem weird but both of mine like Tuna Fish early on, Just mixed with a little miracle whip.

Tomato Soup made with milk instead of water and cheese goldfish crackers.

Stars and chicken soup

I fed all of these to my 14 month old, I had the same problem trying to find things that my oldest liked and my little one could eat.
