#1 is Islam, hands down, no contest.
#2 I'll have to give #2 to the Fundamental Southern Baptists. If you ever attended Central Baptist Church, in Hampton, Virginia during the early 1970s, you'll know why I put them as #2. They seemed to have picked up where the Puritans of 400 years ago left off.
#3 Pentecostals. They also go overboard with restrictive quirky rules.

Some others, I would guess being Judaism, and Seventh Day Adventist
Catholics seem to be more into strict adherence to customs, traditions and so on, than restrictive rules.
Any religion that says we are under the 'Old Law', and says that the Apostle Paul was a Heretic is restrictive.

As for me, I go with nondenominational.

Islam

easy one...

When you look at the fanatics, extremists, orthodox in ANY religion they are hard to differentiate but I would have to say Muslim. It is important to note there are different denominations be them Sunni, Shiite, Nation of Islam... the extremists are insane. I really cant say who is who I am almost sure Ali is Nation of Islam and they are normal and moderate/.

Orthodox Jews come in an easy second, then the Christians.

Of course the Jews are very active in their favorite charity the

Jehovah's Witnesses. They actively discourage members from reading and investigating their religion from sources outside an approved library.

Orthodox judaism. Even wahhabite islam is not so constrictive as conforming to the customs and mitvot that bind hassidic Jews.
