You can certainly get ulcerations on your cervix, much like any other mucous membrane in your body. Is there any specific thing that you're afraid of? It's hard to give useful information without knowing a bit more....

You probably can get skin ulcerations anywhere you have skin. If you have a problem, you probably should see your doctor.
