The unstoppable object should move in the other direction, with no pause.

Alomi is right. By definition, the two cannot exist at the same time. But if you really want a direct answer, most people would say that the unstoppable object would go around the immovable object "Like the wind hitting a fence post" to quote The Soddit.

the unmovable object will remain unmovable and the unstopeble object would deflec to another direction and still remain unstopable

There is no such thing as two indestructible object. One of them could easily have greater force then the other, but it won't be indestructible.
