i fancy this guy at my dads work and hes about 18/19.it all started when me and my dad started sending him funny texts in which he thought he was being watched on his every move.while this was all going on i started having feelings for him and i thinik he knows and now i do not know what to do because im going up there soon and there is no way of avoiding him tonight.iv done my hair and make up so i look xtra nice to show what he is missing out on but is this enough??????

He's going to be extra-cautious about expressing any feelings for you...your father is one of his fellow employees!!!
In that vein, don't come on too strong to him---it will put him in an awkward position! I think the best thing is to express an interest in being friends with him for now. Take things slow. He'll notice your hair and makeup and all you've done to impress him. Then it will be up to him to respond. Once you get to know each other better, dear old Dad will see what a nice guy he is (hopefully).
But like I said: slow and cautious. You don't want either the young man or Dad to feel uncomfortable.

dont come on too strong that will make him turn and run! As long as you made it clear that you are interested thats all you need to do for now...if he is interested he will come to you. Let him chase you he will want you more, if you chase him he will not be nearly as interested. Everyonce in a while look his way and give a little smile and then turn your head agin and continue talking to someone else, he will become more and more interested. Guys tend to like the "HUNT' much more than being the "HUNTED".

You dont need to work hard to get his attentions. Just be yourself and talk to him more, show him how much you like him. Dont hard yourself to get his attention. Tell him that you like him and hope that it will be same from him.
