Do outgoing and crazy (in a good way--like guys who aren't serious) guys act shy around girls that they like? also when talking to them, if they talk in a serious way, what does that mean? (this person stares at me nonstop) thanks for all of your answers!!! :)

Men can be outgoing around friends, but when they try to talk to you they clam up because they are nervous that they might say the wrong thing. As you get to know them more they eventually begin to loosen up.

Maybe, this guy I like is shy around me, and i think he likes me cuz that's what everyone says.

I have no idea but I'm kinda freaked out because someone stares at me while picking there nose and it's disgusting.
