That is a hard one to answer because everyone's face is different. Some people with acne would react very poorly to the high level of acid in the lime juice while other peoples face might react well to it being an astringent. My recommendation would be to try a little bit on a small part of your face and then see how that goes. If it seams to help and does not hurt to much from the acid then go for it of course if it doesn't work and hurts like hell then I would say not to continue.

As it is astringent in nature it might give you some help in the redness, but I don't think it is going to make it worse.

I DONT KNOW BOUT THE LIME JUICE . YOU CAN USE DOVE SOAP ,WAS YOUR FACE 3 TIMES A DAY WITH DOVE AND APPLY PONDS VANISHING CREAM FOR OILY SKIN.
