There is not a perfect recipe how to tell someone you have feelings for him ... just try to follow your heart but always be ready for anything.
He may say "yes" he may say "no" ... life is not always honey or dust!
It's a risk which only you know if it deserve to be taken or not ...
But if you're brave enough to fight for your happiness ... don't let the chance to pass you by...
Fight, fight, fight ...
You'll have what's meant to be don't worry
All in time you'll see!

i'd say lay off of him cuz he's 10yrs. older but if ur like me or anyone else i know that just won't happen cuz you want more of him flirting w/ you and making you feel like the only girl around....tell him that "ok, you make me smile almost too much" or "awww, ur so sweet" it may sound a little corny but it's true to you isn't so yea maybe he'll start to like you more as a friend back and flirt w/ you in the same way back.....e-mail me if you wanna talk more or have more questions!

You can't. Attempting to maintain deniability (in other words being able to pretend you were only kidding or that the other person misunderstood your intentions) is fundamentally unattractive to BOTH men and women. Only people who are direct, honest and upfront with their intentions and don't care what others think about that, successfully get who they want as a partner.
You want him to like you back? The only way to do it is to take him aside, look him right in the eye and say I like you as more than a friend and I want our relationship to change to our being boyfriend and girlfriend instead of just friends.
This triggers an instinctual response in the other person that MAKES them like you that way. It is very powerful and very few people can resist it. It's probably the greatest kept secret with regard to relationships.

You can start in a simple way... By asking him: Do you like me? Of course, he will say he likes you. Then you say: But, do you really like me? And so on. Eventually he will ask you: Why? Then you can give a simple suggestive answer (because I really like you) or be more specific (because I love you).

well, nothing works like a rose and a note. A simple note saying "thinking of you" and your name, left at his car, desk, or some or the sort.
You will see some reactione either way

try to find out if he likes you. if he does, let him know that you like him but do it real slowly. start spending more time with him and stuff.
if you want to, you can let him know how you really feel.
hope this helps

Just look him in the eyes and say "I WANT MORE, WHAT YOU GOT TO OFFER ME???"
That should get a reaction... ;)
