No, generally a toner or a violet shampoo like Stay Blonde will do that. It all has to do with the color wheel--violet is the opposite of orange.
I use a violet shampoo every evening.

It relies upon what shade your hair replace into earlier you all started. maximum hair shade bins have an #800 to call for suggestion. i might supply that a attempt as they have hair dressers who can answer those pesky hair issues. listed under are THE TONER colours you could desire to the terrific option YOUR project: those are based recognized shade concept. in case you elect to get the yellow out you will choose a pink based toner and if your hair is orange then you truly choose a blue based toner for that area. those colours will neutralize the troublesome areas. If time is of the essence then circulate to the very terrific salon which you will discover the money for with a hair colorist that purely makes a speciality of hair shade and circulate in for a consultation. An selection in that area is while you're on an honest funds is to ask if the top hair colorist has an assistant. An assistant has finished cosmetology college, and maximum possibly has a hair license, and assists the colorists and desires to focus on that area of cosmetology purely. The assistant will/might paintings under the supervision of the colorist and get their understanding without in all probability the better value of the top colorist. The hair colorist makes a speciality of purely hair shade and does not decrease or perm or the different service interior the salon. which skill she/he must be fairly dag-long gone sturdy. wish this facilitates. Colorfully Yours, & sturdy success! The Diva, Darling playstation . Conditiong facilitates, yet that may not replace your hair shade. 3 issues that are miserble: undesirable haircut, undesirable perm, and undesirable hair shade. Of the three issues the undesirable shade is the simplest and quickest to repair. except the haircut purely desires a minor adjustment. And a undesirable perm is purely undeniable hell.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! If your hair is orange, and you add ketchup (red) you will get a brighter orange! Do NOT do this. Ketchup takes green out of blonde hair. If your hair looks orange, get a blue shampoo. Try Nexxus Simply Silver, or John Frida makes one too. You want to use blue or blue-violet.

Go to a beauty supply store and buy a bottle of Drabber. Mix it with 20 volume hydrogen peroxide to make a drabber bath. This will tone down the orangy color. Next time you can mix a little drabber in with your color to keep it from turning brassy at all. Good luck!

It is highly unlikely.
Tomato juice like lemon juice is acidic, and you risk skin burns if you put either on your hair or skin. Tomato juice will be less asidic than lemon juice.
I'm guessing you have used a hydrogen-peroxide based bleach to make your hair blond, the orange is a reaction, often assosiated with too much hair dying.
You are best advised to stop messing with your hair, and give it time to recover. If you dislike the current color you could try henna.
In future take a sample of your hair and test the dye on that first.

i have never heard of that before but if you are dying your hair blond why not just buy a toner it is easy to apply and it cost like three dollars you would put it on after you wash the dye out and leave it on for 30 min.

The only thing I've heard tomatoe juice is good for is: getting rid of the smell of "Skunk" when people accidently cross paths with a skunk's tail being up!!! HaHaHa!! I dont know about Catsup being good for anything but french fries, and food!!! But, I could be wrong!! Smile!!!

yes, its something to do with the vinegar type of ingredients in the tomato sauce...... dont leave it in for tooo long.. make sure you use a good conditioner after..
another good way to tone down would be to use a shampoo /conditioner just for brunettes.. this will help tone the blonde down beautifully!!
