Why not? You can also count the crust as one of your grains.

True the tomato sauce is vegetable ( fruit? ) but i don't think theres enough on there for 1 serving.
If your pizza was topped with a load of veggies then yes i would say you got at least 1 serving of veggies from that slice

Depends how much of the topping there is on the pizza, and how many slices you'll eat. Chances are you'll have to eat quite a bit to get a full serving, but you'll be eating so much pizza that it won't have any health benefit for you. You're kinda streching it though. Bon Appetit.

You bet it would! Your tomato sauce on the pizza would also count as a fruit since tomatoes are fruit.

Yep :)
Though be aware that by eating frozen pizza, the fat and carbs in it will far outweigh any benefit the veggies provide!

Yes, Depending on how many topings, and how much of the acutal vetable are on the pizza. If it is loaded with topings of vegtables and is not very fatty then it should be good for you.

Not really because the toppings are frozen and they have lost most of their nutritional value.

Probably 1/2 if you are lucky.
Homemade much more likely to be of benefit to you.
Served with a mixed salad - now you are on your way
