If she was ticketed for something as a result of the accident then yes, she may get some points on her license.

Only tickets result in points on a license...however her license will show accidents which can/will result in insurance surcharges or denials...taking a defensive driving class can give a discount which could mitigate an insurance surcharge.

It depends on if you live in a state that assesses fault. If it was her fault, she could be deducted a few points. Plus, if the accident resulted from a traffic violation, that could get her too. Just be prepared for insurance rates to go up for her unless you have an accident forgiveness program on your policy.

Depends on where it happened and the laws for that location. If she was at fault, she will be ticketed, and if found guilty in court will lose points. Her insurance will handle repairs, which may raise her insurance rates in the future.
