Yes it is possible, not likely but defiantly possible. It would probably have to be a female Rottweiler and male Chihuahua as a female dog in heat will get down low for a smaller male to breed.
As for what they would look like,?????????????

If the rottie was the female it could happen. It could look like a small rottie, a big chihuahua or a combination of both.

Years ago, I saw a breeding between a male chihuahua and a german shepherd. True story.

Yes, as long as the female is the rottweiler. Chihuahua could not bear the puppies. I imagine it would be a rather ugly dog.

Anything is possible. I would not recommend trying it for the simple reason that A Chihuahua is way too small, and if the Chihuahua is the female, and she does conceive, it would be very dangerous, and could cost her her life. Please don't allow that to happen.

anything's possible. depends you couldn't breed a chihuahua to the rottweiler unlesss you had a tall chair. and if you tried to breed a rottie to a chihuahua it would kill the chihuahua. plus the puppies would be ugly as hell and the mother would probably eat them.

I once had an irresponsible neighbor who had a collection of dogs he got from pet stores (yuck) & never spayed & neutered (even worse). I saw his Rottweiler laying on his porch, while his Minature Pinscher went at her for days when she was in heat...I moved shortly after that, so I have no idea if he managed to get her pregnant or not.

What a moron owner he was.

With some human intervention, it can be possible. But the dog will probably be ugly, and mean, and obnoxiuos.
