try to go sum where, where no one will bother u and try to list all the annyoing things they are doing and confront them or the fun way take a pillow and beat the crap out of it, it's SUPER fun!!!

Go to a natonal forest or park and get away from people all together. Take a tent and camp out. Give yourself some quiet time.

Go to a quiet and tranquil place to regain your strength and happiness. Perhaps somewhere in the woods, next to a stream, a library, up a mountain or hill, etc.

You dont give much (or ANY) background, so Im just guessing........
but maybe you're tuning in to the spirit of the times, which
is anger, if nothing else. After all, Freedom, freedom, free-
dom is a cry of anger, revolt, "Im not gonna TAKE it any-
more." (Remember that movie, the mad prophet?) How DARE

well if ure actually looking for an answer then look deep inside of u .... wht is that that is making u angry..... try yoga , meditation ,and even buddhist chanting u will see the diffrence in ure life ull be much calmer more rational . we all have bad days but chanting and meditation is wht keeps me goin

talk with a conselor or a therapist. Chances are though you are not angry at others, but at yourself or your position in life. You are just projecting.

go into a room by yourself and think good things that make you happy be by yourself ofr do things by yourself you will be happy when your alone for 10 15 min depends
