I don't like grease first thing in the morning either, and my husband has to avoid excess grease and fat like the plague.

You could eat skinless chicken breast seasoned with various herbs and spices: I favor garlic, sage, oregano, and ginger. And I bake it. It's pretty good. Or you could try baked fish with the same seasonings, or with lemony herbs.

You could try applesauce, either straight from the jar or heated with a bit of brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and perhaps a dash of ginger.

Most vegetables, if you steam them with a bit of salt and pepper, should be safe.

And I've found that cream o' wheat and Farina are pretty good for uneasy tummies.

Also, take a look at herbal teas. Especially those with mints or ginger in it.

Good luck!

Rice dishes might be your best bet...like chicken and rice or beef and rice, but rinse the meat well after cooking so the grease is gone, and use very little seasoning. Some soy sauce or Mrs. Dash can help make it taste better. I know the feeling, I live in the Southwest where most foods are SPICY and I can't take spicy stuff.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Please eat only when u r hungry and not more than three times in 24 hours. Take only water in between. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Have you found out why your stomach is so weak? Virus? Gall Bladder problems?. This would determine what you could have and not have. If my stomach is bothering me I usually stick to clear liquids such as Sprite, 7-up, ginger ale, broth, jello and saltines.

Eat plain (no sugar/no flavor) yogurt- it helps to add good bacteria to your guts and helps your stomach become more stable.
Boiled eggs are rather bland.
