i went out to a loud bar last night and my ears have been ringing since i left the dance floor which was about 7 and a half hours ago. when will it go away?

It could be a variety of things, one being something misaligned or your equalibrium off balance.
One thing that wouldn't hurt is try taking zinc, the ringing may be a zinc deficiency. They say Edgar Allen Poe ended up in the insane assylum because of constant ringing in the ears due to a zinc deficiency.

Yes it will go away if you avoid the noises for a while. Don't touch your ears like phone that hard. Try think peaceful in your mind and it will stop the ringing in your ears.

It will eventually go away. Everytime I go to a concert my ears ring for about 2 days.

at least 2 to 3 days just stay away from loud music for now so that you will avoid hurting your eardrums some more

don't worry, buddy. it will go off on its own. if u want to hasten things up, u canuse any ear drop,especially those which consist of tarpine oil. .

probably by tomorrow or the day after tomorrow they will stop. depending on how blasting the music was.
