Which parasites are you talking about? If you have worms of different kinds and are passing eggs in faeces, take a broad spectrum anthelmintic such as albendazole, mebendazole, thiabendazole, levamisole or pyrantel pamoate. If you have parasites causing dysentery or chronic diarrhea, take metronidazole, tinidazole, secnidazole or diloxanide furoate. Be careful about hand- washing, nail- cutting and avoiding contaminated food and water.

I have heard that current prescriptions only work on very few parasites and the meds can have bad side effects.

An 8 day fast consisting of 6-8 glasses of filtered or spring water mixed with fresh lime or lemon juice and grade B or C maple syrup.
All the herbal tea you like.
