The best idea is to run and have good exercise, good diet and work out. The exercise should eliminate the the stomach, work out will tone up and help gain some weight, muscle is heavier than fat is. Eat healthy and it will help lose fat and gain weight. eat protein to help gain the muscle, cut back on almost all sweats, dont eat fast food. The best idea is to go to a gym and higher a trainer, he will set up a diet for you and an exercise program. Good luck

find anything that you can use to get ab muscles.
