I have. I found the results to be slow and not nearly as rewarding Crest Whitening strips. Recently, I have used a 50 / 50 mix of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda. Mix into thick paste and spread onto teeth (try to avoid gums). Let set on teeth for 5-20 minutes. Best results so far. to see, check metacafe.com and search teeth whitening.

I am embarresed to say yes. I sholud have known better.99% of all advertising are straight out lies. They make fools out of us. Like diet ads, omg, what a crock of crap. Simple fact is eat less ,exercize more, no magic secrets, but that sounds to easy so we buy in to the lies. What a sad lot we are.
