Bread contains large amounts of carbohydrates a group of compounds that sugar belongs to. These compounds contain large amounts of calories and will be converted by the body to fat and stored if not used up. The muscles in your body convert these carbs into usable energy that gets burned up during exercise. If you eat more than you use up then you gain wait. Chips have an added feature, not only do they contain carbohydrates in the form of starch but are also cooked in oils!! So you do the math Carbs = calories = weight gain and Starch (carb) + oil = Calories =WEIGHT GAIN. THE ANSWER E-X-E-R-C-I-S-E

What makes you fat is any extra calories you take. Every extra ~3200 calories is stored in you body as 1lb of fat. You probably need 2000 calories a day, and any extra calories will be converted into fat.

The carbs in them break down into sugar! And the more you get the more you crave so if you decide to cut down on them, you need to fight the cravings. they are caused by your body wanting to get those carbs that it thinks it needs, but doesnt.
