If you've seen the cat and the name "Winnie" fits with the way the cat looks and with it's personality then I think "Winnie" is a great name.

If you like it, that is all that matters. Why do you care what the rest of the world thinks? It is not like your cat is going to go to school and get teased because its name is not popular. Your beloved pet should have a name that YOU love. Forget about what the rest of us think!

as long as u like that name that's what u should name it. it's ur cat so u should chose the name no matter what anybody else thinks. i personally like that name. it's cute.
