You could have a dry home so try to get a humidifier and see if that helps, they also sell a product for nasal dryness call Secarus and it's a jel you put into your nostrils to help heal any cracks that might form from dryness. If you do these thing and notice in a week your still having blood come out of your nostrils see a Dr. you could have nasal polyps and they shold be checked.
