Diff approach is get more playful with him... more tickling, ice down back, play wrestling, needing lotion rubbed on you back then maybe front, truble with zips etc.

But ask him out to the cinema... get him alone then if he dont put your arm around him... is saying you can put your arm around me. Nuzzle more into him its saying I like this, you can relax and streach further (ie cop feel of boob) if you dont flinch this is like saying I like you and you can kiss me.
Ie guys touch to see if fingers get burnt. If not burnt they can feel more.
Couples look at touch each other.
Wht he kneeds to know is its safe to approach... ie you wont go ape, stop being his mate, call him a perve etc.
Also again more 16 + this is... er currupted games ie turn blackjack betwee the two of you into strip poker or strip playstation games, or bet your bra etc.
The reason giving age is when older its ok to get more sexaul but if younger maybe too much.

I think it is pretty much already done for you if he has told you he likes you as well.
All you have to do is ask him out for a drink or for something to eat, or even just round to your house since you guys are already friends. You have to be honest with him and tell him you have liked him as more than a friend for while and that you would like for you guys to go out on a date sometime.

start by just asking if he wants to meet up on weekend and go out for the day. have lunch or dinner and just talk about it. if hes admitted it, this shouldnt be so hard as you both like eachother, just a case of who asks who.
ask him as he likes you and he'll def say yes.

I fancied my best mate. One day we were talking and i told him i fancied someone, he told me to tell him who it was and he would tell me if he thought they would like me. So anyway, he started rolling of a list of names, untill he come to the end, and he said, ME??? so i said yes and he replied " Then id say he would definutly fancie you"

nicely it sounds like he's immediately so i imagine your S.O.L. yet when your a lady(cant somewhat tell with information from the call) it would want to be somewhat demanding to get out of that chum zone, attempt to appeal better to his flavor.
