PMS / PMDD How do I handle it?

When it is her time of the month, she don't want me around, she can't kiss me, she can't even say I love you, without forcing it out. I understand the PMS / PMDD is uncontrolable. What are t hings I can do to help ride it out. For her? and For Me?

Rub her back, give her massages. Make sure your'e on your best behavior and don't put too much stress on her during this time.

Honey, don't sweat it! When a girl goes through PMS/PMDD, she is in a lot of pain. The pain that she experiences can't really be explained to you either. Try to ask if she needs any help with anything, like the dinner, or maybe you could give her a back rub. She may not be in the romantic mood. Just try to give her her space, but make sure to remind her that you are there for her.

After its over, the one, freshest thing in her mind will be that you helped her out! She will remember how sweet and gentle you were with her, and maybe she will try to do something to repay you!

Yes, PMS is uncontrollable. Its because, the pain can not be 'takin care of'. Yes, she can take Advil or whatever, but its still there, and she starts to feel dirty, and sad, etc. Just try to put your self in her place and ride it out with her. Put on that shirt she once complimented, give her a bubble bath, snuggle while watching her favorite show.

Good Luck!

I am not tryin to upset you but at this point you need to compare how she act towards you and your sexual requests while she is not on her PMS. If it is totally opposite of what you receive when she is on PMS i will just go on with my speech. Now if is is somewhat similar you need to alarmed that she is escaping you and what you have to offer for numerous reasons you might have, including her possibly being interested or occupied with someone else.
Now if she is nice and sweetheart and she want you as bad as you want her when she is off her red army status then you have nothing to worry about. And thats when you follow directions people gave you in previous answers like to be on best behavior, be gentle, not pushy, give her massage, bathe her in a sweet bubble bath with candles and all that good shyt but without expecting sex. I personally cant see myself say no to my man no matter what is up to me, unless i am freaking dying, but thats personally me. Maybe her PMS syndrome is a little bit more difficult and painful. There are a lot of females out there that have bad cramps that they cant even get off the bed just like there are the ones that are the wildest at their PMS time, but then we cant call it PMS then, can we?

P.s : By the way it is kind of cute that you used this whole PMS/PMDD frazes. Looks like you been doing some reasearches. I bet deep inside she cant wait to get off red army (period) status!! LOL

Anitdepressant medications can help even out severe PMS.

leave her be. What ever she asks (with in reason) do it. It is only a couple days a month.
