Of course I think you should get a secound opinion because you know heavy periods can take a lot out of you. Not only that, it sounds like you are exersising a lot, some everyday is good, but maybe you need to sit back and relax some.
Sorry that you are feeling so stressed though, my sister in law had much the same problem as you did for a while, and she was not sure what to do, there are many treatment options out there, and it sounds like you need to be on one.
I wish I could help you more. I just felt sorry for you when I read your question and wanted to let you know I am thinking about you.

With all of that, I feel you need more than St Johns Wort, which by the way is good for depression, but not for anxiety.
I don't know where you live, but Traditional Chinese Medicine or Ayurveda could help you tremendously. You are presenting with a number of symptoms - some of which need one thing, and some of which need another.
I would have your doctor run a blood screen on everything, I would have him schedule you for an untrasound to make sure your reproductive organs are okay. Once it is determined that you don't have an emergency situation, I would find a holistic doctor, qualified herbalist, TAM, or TCM doctor and get some herbal solutions. Good luck!

St johns wort is great but you cannot use it all the time otherwise it could cause depression if used on a regular basis. it's good for the occasional stress or sleeplessness, but should only be used on occasion. I was having some of those probelms a while back myself. I'd try to rid some of the stresees in your life if possible and try also taking omego 3. I take linseed oil. it helps with the memory and also some of the menstral complaints

It could be stress, it does cause all of those symptoms and more besides.
What you need to do is identify what is causing the stress and get help to deal with it. If its work, they now have a duty of care to you to help alleviate the stress so talk to someone, maybe get some more time off and ask for assistance. If you tell them that you are stressed and they do nothing to help and then you get more ill, they can be liable - Citizens Advice can help with that bit. But they must now try to help you and make reasonable adjustments to your role to allow you to carry it out without getting ill.
Why not ask your Dr to refer you to a counsellor as well. Sometimes just talking to someone and working out a path through the problems will really help you to deal with everything and learn to cope.

You've probably had your blood count done already, but every one of your symptoms fits severe anaemia. Maybe you should ask your doc to run some further blood disorder tests. Hope you're feeling better soon.
