Generally speaking, there are several things one can do to handle pressure and stress. These include stress reduction exercises like learning to relax, isometric exercises, breathing techniques, and guided imagery. Other things include doing more physical exercise, jogging, taking up a hobby that can help relax you and so forth. Also, talking and spending social time with friends or family members can also help.

We are all different but I handle pressure two ways. The first is by making sure I get plenty of exercise and rest. The other is with my sense of humor. The more pressure I am under the wilder my sense of humor becomes. Stop taking the rest of the world so seriously and laugh at it. You still have to deal with responsibilities but you can make a joke out of it at the same time.

It really depends on the source of the pressure.

As a general thing, take a few deep breaths. Think things through. Break it down into its small components before worry about the big picture.
