Eat foods that are low in carbohydrates and high in protein. If you get hungry a lot, remember that the body sends signals to the brain, and the signal for thirst is often mistaken for hunger. Try a glass of water first! If you feel the need for sugar, eat some fruit, which has natural sugars (nowhere near as bad for you as foods overloaded with added sugars). And exercise!!!! Exercise like jogging that gets your heart rate is definetly a must for losing weight. Good luck!

What day did you post this question I wonder...
Anyway, to lose weight fast, drink a ton of water, excercise everyday (work up a sweat), and eat only salad.

Hey pal cut your diet and do some good number of exercise and walk for a few kilometers daily.
Avoid eating Fatty and carbohydrate foods.

cut your usual meal portions in half. drink lots and lots and lots of water. do lots of cardio like running and maybe alternate with ashtanga yoga.

plus, last meal for the day should be before 6pm.

exercise! If you drink ice water your body has to change it so it's warm and you bun calories!!!!!!!!!!
