Have you ever been diagnoised with depression??Depression will diffenitly make you forget and also makes it hard to concentrate. What kinds of medicines do you take?? I use to take meds that tend to make me not remember. I dont think it was as severe as you are describeing yourself.God forbide but does Alzhiemer disease run in your family??I am just throwing out some things that make people forget. My sister abuses over the counter sleeping pills. She takes about eight or maybe more, I dont know because she lies so much, but she says it gives her a buzz. She had to go to the doctor oncebecause she was having a real fast pulse. She asked her doctor if the pills could be doing it..She said they could be, she also said if she continued to take these pills she would have no memory by the time she was fifty. She is forty eight now.so here are just a couple of examples for you. They may help you. God Bless!!

Are there too many things that you need to look after that you are in "automatic mode" while you do a task?
Advise? How about putting things in writing? It may help you remember if you have a short note. In conversations, people like listeners. But remember, you have to listen.

Well, I really can't give you any advise because I'm 34 and going through kinda the same thing. My memory just isn't what it used to be. A friend of mine told me to try using the Nintendo DS Brain Age. I just wanted you to know that you're not the only one, girl! Hang in there!

Talk to a psychiatrist...since you are physically well, thank goodness, you could simply have ADD or ADHD, which is controllable. Or, of course, you could be so busy worrying that you aren't paying attention...you are DEFINITELY not stupid. You sound as if you have other issues that are distracting you. Please see someone like a psychiatrist/psychologist and talk about what's really on your mind....then it will be worked out and I'll bet your memory will return. You sound distracted by something else....talk to someone! And, good luck!

It could be stress related. Have you always had this problem or did it just start recently. If you have always had this problem get a good evaluation from a professional! Good luck to you. LOL, some days I drive right past my house, mine is due to stress....

You need a little more diagnosis, maybe a neurologist or an MRI.
