you could cut off an arm.
Drink plenty of fluid and watch how much you eat. Work out. You aren't going to lose 10 pounds in 5 days. Its just not healthy.

Are you looking to lose it forever or just kinda cut back? For wrestling I use to do this to lose the extra pounds before a tournament to make weight class.
Water weight can build up in you, so wear some pretty heavy clothing and run (sweat a lot a few days before) then the day of take a bottle ( like a water bottle of a 1 liter bottle of pop) and spit into it all day (if you fill a 1 liter of pop you lose about 3 lbs) so after the weigh in you want to drink lots of water and get some food into you so you don't pass out or lose any energy for the match, but who knows why you want to lose the weight ;)

Yes just exercise and don't eat. You'll feel terrible though and won't do your health any good. I'd question why you 'need' to lose the weight - what will happen if you don't? Can't it wait a couple of weeks?

That's a very unhealthy risk, but I'd do what the first person said.
Why would you want to cut of that much weight anyway?
It's, abnormal.
But if you're overweight it is easier to lose pounds than it is for skinney people.

yes, but it is very dangerous. eat salmon and fresh salads and veggies and fruits. Cut out all fried and processed foods and dairy. Drink lots of water. Wear slimming clothes(dark, long flares, boots or heels, etc.). Check your health and take your vitamins.

Eat two toast for breakfast one grapefruit and drink lots of water,small salad for lunch with no dressing,drink lots of water,for dinner eat another salad with no dressing.Sounds tough doesn't it.Your weight will drop quickly and you will hear your stomach growling,just drink water when this happens.Good luck!!.
