What to look for for when buying a used car?

I plan on buying a used car off of someone on Craigslist.. Whats considered low mileage?? What things am I looking for? What to do after I get the car, like title transfer and tags??

revise it and send the link of the car and i will let you know if it is good? you need to get a car fax if anything it will let you know the cars history..
