i have nosebleeds often and my nostral is always dry.
im tierd of it and i want a quick fix.
whic one should i get?

Cool air. Warmth will dilate the vessels in the nose.

Before you invest in a humidifier try applying petroleum jelly/Vaseline inside your nose to keep it moist and keeping it from cracking.

Either one. I prefer warm moisture for dealing with runny noses and congestion, but it shouldn't make a difference with dry membranes.

Another thing you can do is drink more water so you can moisturize yourself from the inside out.

Well, heat dries the air out - have you noticed it in stores when they switch from A.C. to heat? So the best to get would be the cool air vaporizer.

I'm not sure . . . If you moisturize your nostrils at night it helps. Nasal moisturizer or Vaseline. Hope it helps
