For a free customized diet and exercise plan go to
http://www.kraftfoods.com
(click on free meal plans)

You answer a few questions and they give you a customized plan with recipes and everything. It's free because the meal plans and recipes call for their products but of course you can substitute for store brands.
As far as the exercise goes they give you a schedule and you log on everyday and tell them if you did it or not.
A better place for a free personalized exercise plan is http://www.freetrainers.com
You enter some information and goals and they give you a free two week workout plan. If you want more than two weeks you have to pay; but you can just use the free two week plan over and over and make that your routine.

Portion your meals. Read labels to see if what you're craving is really worth eating. If not, go for something healthier. Don't deprive yourself of the foods you like, you'll just end up eating the food you really didn't want AND the foods you wanted in the first place. Eat the foods you like, just in moderation.

Start off small when you're exercising and as you get more used to it, do it for a longer amount of time. Work your way up. If you don't see results right away, don't get discouraged. Sometimes it takes a little while to actually see the results of the work you're doing. Good luck!

Hi there, if losing some pounds of any description is what you want then I used a great website and coach who helped me. They were very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so fairly easily. The website is www.myhealthabc.com once you fill in your details then you can see the full range of products they have. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight, its all nutrition based.
I lost all my weight in less than three months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them, the tips you get and encouragement are excellent (their advice and time is FREE). I am still with them so I stay healthy. If you just want to buy the products and not use the coaching then you can do that aswell, there is a link in there to email them so you can tell them you just want to buy and not speak to anyone. The owners will even advise you via email on what to purchase depending on what you want to lose, my sister did it this way (she was more self conscious than me) and lost 76 pounds in less than five months. These guys are just great, try them.

Cut soda out of your diet completely. Eat 5 or 6 small meals a day and walk.

Small portions, eat half your normal portions. Stay away from high carb foods. Eat 6 small meals a day. Walk at least 45 minutes four days a week and do crunches. Stay away from salt and take a daily multi-vitamin!

Research has shown that the more sleep that you get, and also the better quality of sleep that you get, can help you melt away some of those unwanted pounds, without having to shell out on some of those expensive faddy diet regimes.
