'In Heaven There Is No Beer' is a traditional beer drinking polka from the 1930's.
Search the web for Oktoberfest or Polka CD's. you're bound to find one with the tune on it.
Here are some of the the lyrics (later verses were added to include drugs, etc...):

In Heaven there is no beer
(No beer?!)
That's why we drink it here
And when we're all gone from here
Our friends will be drinking all the beer.

In Heaven there is no wine
(No wine?!)
So we drink till we feel fine
And when we leave this all behind
Our friends will be drinking all the wine.

It's a song that is sung at every Iowa Hawkeye home game.

In Heaven There Is No Beer

In Heaven there is no beer
(No beer?!)
That's why we drink it here
And when we're all gone from here
Our friends will be drinking all the beer.

In Heaven there is no wine
(No wine?!)
So we drink till we feel fine
And when we leave this all behind
Our friends will be drinking all the wine.

It's from some old Drinking Polka band.

Here is a link to listen to it.
