i really need help, i will explain this as simple as i can.
i have a boyfriend of 4 years.
i have 2 best friends (boy and girl) who are going out with eachother.
now my best (boy) friend said to me last night that he doesnt know if he loves his girlfriend anymore and thinks he loves me more! i really dont know what to do! he said he has felt this for a while and has told his sisters. there is a strange spark between us but i would never act on it because i love my boyfriend and also i would never do anything to hurt my best girl friend
i dont know weather i should tell MY boyfriend about this because we are ALL friends. and if i should tell my best (girl) friend what her boyfriend said to me.
i also need to know how to let him down gently, i do like him, no-one can help liking someone, but nothing can ever happen as i love my boyfriend too much and i dont want anything to happen. but i still want us to be best friends. and i dont want everyone falling out!!

Your question itself has answers in it!! You love your boy friend and never wants to hurt your best girl friend. So keep that up.
There is something you can reflect upon. What prompted the guy to open his heart to you? Give time for everthing to take shape, love or infatuation and in the meantime friendship continues. You have the wisdom and the ability to take the best decision.

Some things are better left unsaid. Honestly if you tell yur girlfriend, she might take it the wrong way and get mad at you, or maybe she wont even believe you. So I would talk to this guy friend and say hey, i like you as a friend a lot and you love your boyfriend so we can't be together, and I would never want to hurt your girl friend. I know you don't want to hurt his feelings but it is better he knows nothing will ever happen between you too!! And as for your boyfriend..I think if this guy friend keeps saying stuff like this to you then you should tell him, but if not just move on from it, because it will cause more drama then needs too be caused.

If your goal is to keep the friendships intact, then I suggest you keep the interest expressed by your best guy friend a private matter between the two of you. Be straight and to the point when you tell him that you want things to remain the same, that you're not interested in pursuing a romantic relationship w/him and that you care deeply for your current boyfriend. Don't fan the flames and create needless drama for all concerned. It'll become less awkward as time goes on if you handle this matter the right way. Your guy friend will probably respect your decision and you for knowing what you want.

Try talking to him first, if you want to let him down gently, as you say. But some guys don't take the hint easily. You may have to end up being extremely rude to this guy. I know you are all friends, but he has crossed the line. You don't need to tell your bf or his gf unless it just gets way out of hand. If he is a true friend, he will understand where you are coming from and leave it alone. But, most importantly, don't flirt or say or do anything that may even slightly suggest that you are interested in being with him. He will see this and think that you want him and he will continue to pursue you.

Here's an idea, get with your best (girl) friend and get her to bring her boyfriend, your best (boy) friend, to somewhere like a hotel or cabin in the woods, and swap lovers for a night or two, that way, your boyfriend has fun, while you can have an experiament with your best (boy) friend and see if the spark is what he thinks, but don't tell your bf or her bf, keep it discreet, you can tell them after the one night swap but no sooner than that.

First try reminding him that you have a boyfriend. If he still goes after you tell him about all the reasons that he should love your best friend. If that doesn't work tell him that your friendship means too much to you for you to risk complicating it.

at first just tell him that you have a boyfriend (but i guess he already no's) and tell him that you r not interested in him. And ur boyfriend dus not need 2 no about this little insadent. But tell ur bff that he said he is starting to like some one else. DON'T SAY IT IS YOU! and i bet if u follow ur heart everything will fall in place!

he wants to hump. you will never be friends again the three of you if it happens. tell him just like you wrote in the question and for him not to bring it up again or you will go to your girlfriend and tell her. the truth is harsh but always the best

You are very mature and thoughtful and that will help. Tell your friend taht likes you exactly what you said here. Hopefully he will understand. Do no tell your b/f or his g/f as this will ruin your friendship with everyone.

hey well first it would be better to tell both them cause if u don't things will get worse. i ain't gone lie to u, every one gone be mad.Including the person who told u that he liked u. tell everyone about.cause if u don't them all this drama gone turn into some more drama
