Get some Weight Gainer 2000 from GNC, and take the drink every night before you sleep.

Eat 2 Dolly Madison snack pies every day, or 2 of some other 450+ calorie snack.

Make sure you keep eating all the food you regularly eat, including plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Don't forget to drink water.

Doing this will help you sleep better, and also give you more energy to work out, which will help balance the weight you gain so it won't be all fat weight.

You can also try to eat stuff made with high-fructose corn syrup - you can buy it from your grocery store. Use it to flavor coffee, tea, on your cereal, pancakes, and fruit.

Avocadoes are high in calories, and so are the canned fruits in syrup.

My sister gained 8 lbs in a month doing this (she has a high metabolism and it's really hard for her to gain weight). I don't know if it would help you gain 60 lbs, everybody's different.

Now if you are under doctor's care for heart problems, etc., check with him/her first before eating something you're not sure about.

the best thing to do if you are concerned about your sodium intake is to prepare all of your foods from scratch and pay attention of nutrition labels. Do not eat to many packaged, canned, premade, etc... foods unless the sodium level is lower then usual. Look for low sodium varieties. If you prepare your food from scratch you can control the amount of salt in each dish.

For instance, buy frozen skinless chicken breasts instead of pre-packaged tv diners or something like that. Plus, chicken is a very good source of protein. You can always use dry-rubs or herbs and spices instead of salt to kick it up a notch.

Don't eat things with salt! You can use other seasonings and spices to add flavor to your food. Rosemary, sage, thyme, garlic, onions, and lemon juice are just some things you can use. Don't forget pepper, especially freshly ground. I don't use much salt myself in my cooking.

Well, drinking those diet shakes on top of eating food will do it eventually- since they are suppose to replace meals. Plus I don't think they are too filling since it's liquid.

Try going to GNC and seeing what is involved with those 'weight gain shake' powders. They may be your best bet!!!
